About Payson Christian Clinic

Faith in action, care in community.

Our clinic brings medical professionals, volunteers, churches, donors, and neighbors together so cost does not stand between a person and compassionate healthcare.

2008

Our history

A community need became a shared mission.

Payson Christian Clinic began when local founders recognized that uninsured and underinsured neighbors were going without basic medical care. In 2008, they formed a Christian medical ministry and opened the clinic with volunteer support.

The nonprofit clinic grew through grants, donations, Arizona Charitable Tax Credit gifts, and the service of local medical professionals and community members. That same spirit of shared responsibility continues to sustain the clinic today.

Patient fees & care

Care is not denied because of cost.

There is no required fee for clinic care. Patients may choose to make a suggested $10 donation, but a donation is never required to receive services.

Prospective patients may apply for admission to the clinic. Staff review each application, and patients are informed if they qualify for services. The clinic may discharge a patient who does not follow clinic rules or medical guidance.
